[Schuldig is bored... that's usually not a good thing. At the moment, he is just wandering around to see if he can find anyone who will amuse him. Of course finding someone... or having someone fine him shouldn't be that hard. Not that he really blends in no matter where he goes. Bright orange hair and bad fashion sense kind of does that.]
